Technics SL-1210 MK2 Vinyl DJ Deck

Site Review: The original black version of the classic that started it all! For a full history read our general Technics page. If you want to own the exact make and model that you'll be playing out on - these are for you. The majority of nightclubs will still have MK2's in the booth, but be wary when looking at this angle - all the newer nightclubs and ones who replace their decks - are almost certainly going to be putting the MK5's in.

As far as vinyl dj'ing is concerned the Technics 1210MK2 has been the industry standard for a number of years and its not hard to see why. A robust turntable with great torque and pitch control. I had my turntables for over 7 years and not once did anything go wrong with them.... In fact I reckon these things will out live us :)
