Technics SL-DZ1200 CD DJ Turntable / Deck

Site Review: Cometh the hour, cometh the digital age. Technics have completely dominated the vinyl / record DJ’ing market with their famed SL-1200 and SL-1210 series of turntables since the 1970’s. The invention of the SL-DZ1200 has been an attempt to offer something different to that of Pioneer’s CDJ-1000MK3, by not altering the DJ’ing technique from record mixing. It succeeds in doing that fantastically, but for market domination, it came a few years too late. Certainly in my experience from UK nightclubs, the SL-DZ1200 is nowhere to be found in the DJ booth – and 2, 3 or 4 Pioneer CDJ-1000’s usually are.

Comical. You know sometimes you have a phone, and upon using it, you realise it isn't meant for people who actually use phones or text people? This is the DJ equivalent.
