Allen and Heath Xone 02 DJ Mixer
Site Review: This model can be viewed in 2 separate ways. The official Allen and Heath target market was for the Xone 02 to be the best battle / scratch mixer there is, taking on Technics in that department. With the fader area completely free of other controls, it certainly gives you plenty of space for quick hand movements without knocking anything accidentally. The other angle to look at it is the entry-level mixer on the Xone range, for those bedroom DJ's out there that have very small budgets but still want a top-branded and world class mixer. It certainly is cheapest, but because it's for scratch / battle, it does lack the legendary VCF filters.
